TRANSCRIPTION/ DICTATION
Our virtual office dictaton service is audio/verbal by the mental health professional who need their notes compiled into a report. This service has a 2-hr minimum dictation duration with day or evening hours available.
EDITING/ PROOFREADING
We can type up that manuscript that you have been working on to submit to a publishing company based on CMOS standards. Our virtual office will assemble of your book including footnotes, appendices, table of content based on prefered method. Special Pricing for these typing services.
GRANT RESEARCH & Writing
If you are a nonprofit or small business interested in obtaining grants or contracts specifically for your business, we can locate those opportunities. Request for funding request are for already established small businesses or nonprofit with proper licenses or certifications.
CALENDAR MANAGEMENT
We can handle all requests for appointments and meetings with clients or customers while confirming with your availability. If you are new to the cloud-video conferencing meetings setup, we can schedule your ZOOM, TeleMedicine, TEAMS or virtual platform preferences so everyone can on the call.
Light Bookkeeping (Invoicing/AP)
Today's finances are handled online and we have the knowledge to operate QuickBooks, Concur, or Excel. We will manage the books the make sure the invoice is sent out to ensure obligations are met on time.
